Christ’l De
Landtsheer is voltijds hoogleraar communicatiewetenschappen
aan de Universiteit Antwerpen.
Na het verkrijgen haar doctoraat
in de pers-en communicatiewetenschap aan de Universiteit
Gent was zij tot 2001 verbonden aan de Amsterdam School
of Communications Research (ASCoR) van de Universiteit
van Amsterdam. Zij vervulde gastdocentschappen aan diverse
buitenlandse universiteiten (University of York, UK; the
University of Padova and the University of Perugia, Italy;
San Diego State University, USA).
Haar onderzoeksinteresse
betreft psychologische, linguïstische en technologische
aspecten van politieke communicatie.
